The Family Attic – located at 3121 East Greenway Road in Phoenix, AZ is a place to find “gently-used” items at a very “gentle” price!

Help for needy children, affordable prices for everyone, a great way to recycle, community involvement through our “Helping Hands” volunteer program and a wonderfully friendly environment.

Ladies, boutique (upscale fashion wear), Men’s collection, kids fashions, housewares, gift items, furniture, antiques, computers, electronics, books and much, much more!

The Family Attic needs:
All gently used items with the exception of: large desks, carpeting, plumbing fixtures, gas-powered tools, waterbed frames, paint, firearms, stoves, wire hangers and badly stained or torn furniture.

Your donation is also tax deductible! Just keep your receipt given to you by one of our staff and itemize your donations and keep it for your tax records. IRS regulations require the donor to provide his or her own valuation of gifts other than cash. You may also bring your donations into the Family Attic during our posted business hours: Mon – Fri. 10:00AM – 5:00PM and Sat. 9:00AM – 4:00PM

James Hughes-Store Manager, credits his volunteers with making sure that The Family Attic is clean, orderly and resembles any other retail shop or boutique. An enthusiastic crew of volunteers and a loyal customer and donor base makes everyday at The Family Attic enjoyable.

The Family Attic has increased its visibility locally and nationally through a strong presence on Craigslist and eBay under the seller name greenwayattic. The store also uses Twitter to send inventory and promotional updates.
