Prayer Partner

We are a praying ministry, and we covet your prayers. We are happy to provide you with specific prayer requests for you and/or your prayer group. Just give us a call

Family Attic Thrift Stores

Our Thrift Stores (www.cfcare.org/thriftstores.php) are staffed entirely by volunteers. Responsibilities include sorting merchandise, managing the cash register, interacting with customers and having fun! We welcome donations and we invite you to shop the Thrift Store - you might find a treasure while you're there! Call James at 602 765-1478 or email him at jhughes@cfcare.org

Event Committee

CFCA hosts several major fundraising events each year. A few examples are our Annual Dinners, PRO-AM Golf Tournaments, and Auctions. If you are interested in helping with an event, we look forward to speaking with you.

Create "Life Books" for Children

Many children in foster care often do not have a sense of family history because they have moved from home to home or their parents did not take pictures of them that would document the events of their lives. Volunteers create life books – scrapbooks – that foster children keep with them no matter where they move. Donations of scrapbook supplies are also welcomed.

Office/Clerical/Handyman

We also need volunteers to answer phones, help with special mailings, make telephone calls, file documents, proof read documents and publications, and a variety of handyman and fix-it jobs. Call today to discover how you can help.

Adopt a Foster Family for the Holidays

Each holiday season we have 200-300 children in our foster care program who may not receive a Christmas present or an Easter basket. We help the children to compile a “wish-list” that will help you to purchase and wrap a gift for a child.

CFCA / Church Liaison

As we continue to reach out for more visibility within churches, we need volunteers to act as a liaison representatives within each church. Please consider filling this position at your church.

Respite Care for Foster Parents

First Mondays' for CFCA

Join the Women of Helping Hearts and Hands for CFCA. This growing group comes together once a month for a time of purpose, prayer, fun, fellowship and projects on behalf of the children of CFCA.
